PRS Field Trips prides itself in the diverse lectures and workshops held during our events.  If you’ve never been to one of our events, previous lectures included “History of Paranormal Investigation,” “Capturing Evidence,” “String Theory and the Paranormal,” and “Psychic Development.”  These lectures are very in-depth and engaging.  If you’ve been to a few field trips already, then you’ll already know that PRS speakers always offers new lectures for every event.  Currently scheduled lectures are as follows:

Father Bob Bailey & Michelle Belanger – “Angels vs. Demons” Both prominent speakers come from two completely separate viewpoints when it comes to the dogma of faith.  Father Bob Bailey is an ordained Roman Catholic priest whilst Michelle Belanger is a self-proclaimed psychic vampire and well-versed in occultism.  They will discuss their viewpoints – agreements and disagreements – on spirituality and religion.

Dr. Barry Taff – “An Irreplaceable Loss: The Life & Death of a Poltergeist Agent.” Parapsychologist Dr. Barry Taff is one of America’s leading authorities on poltergeist phenomenon.  One of his cases was made in to a hit film, “The Entity,” which tells the brutal story of a woman who was viciously attacked by an unseen agent for a long period of time.  Taff delves deeper into the case concerning Barry Conrad and Lise McIntosh, focusing on his research over the past few decades.

Panel Discussion – “Thoughtforms: Keeping the Legend Alive.” When it comes to paranormal phenomenon, most people think activity is caused by ghosts or a preternatural agent such as a demon.  However, years of scientific research has suggested a mind-blowing alternative – thoughtforms.  The power of thought can create a conscious entity.  As this was the theory behind the investigation of, “Dead Legends,” members of PRS and guest speakers will discuss this strange anomaly.

Field Trippers will get to sign up for at least one bonfire discussion.  Bonfire discussions are smaller-scale events that are meant to provide a more intimate and personal conversation between the speaker(s) and Field Trippers.  In the past, circle discussions have been a favorite amongst Field Trippers.  Ryan Buell held a discussion about people’s thoughts on PARA-STATE on a mound in Washington State (Field Trip #4), and then another regarding demonology in the Thomas House sitting room (Field Trip #5).

PRS Book club Discussion – “’Haunting Experiences’ with Michelle Belanger.” Believe it or not, PRS has a book club that is broadcast on the world wide web.  However, due to the fact that several Field Trippers are members of the book club, there will be a special book club discussion of her book, “Haunting Experiences.” (Buy Book Now for Discussion)  Parts of the discussion will be taped and rebroadcast during the regularly scheduled book club chat the following week.

Discussion with Ryan Buell – Buell will be up for discussing anything regarding spirituality, the paranormal and his work with PRS/”Paranormal State.” Buell will also be up for discussing plans for the upcoming season of “Paranormal State.”

Discussion with Chad Calek & Father Bob Bailey – Calek and Bailey will be up for discussing anything regarding spirituality, the paranormal and their work with PRS/”Paranormal State.”

Discussion with Heather Taddy & Katrina Weidman – Weidman and Taddy will be up for discussing anything regarding spirituality, the paranormal and their work with PRS/”Paranormal State.”

Discussion with Sergey Poberezhny & Josh Light – Poberezhny and Light will be up for discussing anything regarding tech, spirituality, the paranormal and their work with PRS/”Paranormal State.”

Field Trippers will be invited to a meet-and-greet party Sunday early evening at the beach club by the lake.  There will be a cash bar for those 21-and-older, as well as a variety of complimentary appetizers.  There is also a beach alongside the club where people can lay out, swim, play volleyball or just enjoy the view.  Click here to visit the Beach Club website.

Before the events take place on Day One, come early and enjoy a complimentary day pass to the old-fashioned amusement park.  The park features a roller coaster, Ferris wheel, games and other attractions.  Click here to check out the Amusement Park website.

A small group of people will get to sign up to participate in a three-day experiment involving thought-forms.  Participants will meet for roughly one hour a day to work on trying to communicate with specific thought-forms believed to be existing already in the hotel, or creating new ones.  Information on signing up will be sent out a few days before the trip.

A select group of Field Trippers will get to participate in a small, intimate seance conducted by Michelle Belanger.  The seance will take place in the hotel.  In the past, Michelle Belanger’s seance’s have become one of the most talked-about events at the Field Trips.  Participants not only learn a lot about the process of clearing the mind and focusing, but many have reported having experiences.

What some attendees may not know is that a seance was held in Hotel Conneaut for PRS’ investigation, but was unfortunately cut due to time constraints.

Field Trippers will go on a night-time boat ride on Lake Conneaut, which is alongside the hotel, where they will hear the legends about the hotel and the lake itself.  This will be a great way to start the night, as afterwards, Field Trippers will make their way in to some of the most haunted spots in the hotel to conduct a full investigation.

Every attendee will have the opportunity to participate in a paranormal investigation at the hotel.  Furthermore, if you’ve booked a room at the hotel, you will be able to continue investigating in your own hotel room or your friends’ throughout the night.

Some Field Trippers will get to work hands-on with PRS, reviewing surveillance and other tech in order to gain experience on how PRS conducts their investigations.

Dine with PRS, guest speakers and fellow Field Trippers in a buffet-style dinner.  During the dinner, the episode “Dead Legends” will play with some commentary by the cast.

(hotel room rates are not covered in ticket price.  Hotel reservations and payment is the sole responsibility of the attendee).  Hotel Conneaut will be reserved for Field Trippers over the June 6-8th period.  Some of the hotel’s most haunted rooms will be reserved by PRS in order to allow all attendees a chance to investigate.

Field Trippers wishing to take a photo or get materials signed by the cast will have an opportunity to do so at designated times.  Additional event announcements will be added as we get closer to the event date!
