In February 2009, PRS was contacted by an employee working at the Tillie Pierce House in downtown Gettysburg.  PRS was excited to pursue this case due to the fact that the Tillie Pierce House had never been investigated on a national level before.  PRS would have the opportunity to investigate a new piece of lore for the historic Gettysburg, which claims to be one of the most haunted towns in America.

During their three day investigation, the PRS experienced a variety of unexplained phenomenon at the Tillie Pierce House.  Below is an evidence clip in which investigators Ryan Buell and Chad Calek investigate the Tillie Pierce room at the Tillie Pierce Inn.  At first, it seemed that Chad simply bumped the door behind him, but this was later determined unlikely.  Furthermore, a scratching sound and footsteps (which were heard regularly) occurred immediately behind Chad.

Additional evidence captured is the movement of a soap bottle in the same bathroom and knocking sounds.  The clients also reported that every night at 3:02am, they would hear a thunderous boom outside, followed by the entire Inn shaking.  This was experienced by PRS, but it was theorized to be a passing semi-truck.
